3D MODELING
At Simone & Son, we’re proud to have some of the most experienced and innovative jewelry designers in the business. You can feel confident knowing that our team will create detailed 3D computer models of your design, allowing you to check its accuracy before moving forward.
At this stage, you can still make changes to your design without increasing costs, as long as we’re not adding extra gemstones or materials. You’ll have the option to view rendered images of your 3D model by email, online, or in person at our Huntington Beach showroom.
THE 3D PROTOTYPE
Next, we create a 3D printed wax model of your design using our high-resolution prototyping machines. This ensures the highest standards, giving you a detailed and true-to-life prototype.
The full-scale model will show you every detail and dimension, allowing us to fine-tune the size and make any final adjustments before casting.
We always print multiple prototypes for you to review. Once you approve the final design, we’re ready to begin crafting your piece.
HAND CRAFTING IN OUR STUDIO
Once your design is finalized, we move on to casting, finishing, and stone setting. We handle the casting in-house to ensure the metal and design are perfect. Our skilled stone setters carefully set each stone using the finest tools and expertise. With attention to detail and craftsmanship, our pieces are made to last a lifetime!
