We are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on our pieces covering defects and normal wear, with twice-yearly inspections and cleanings.

• Lifetime rhodium finishing for white gold pieces (once annually). Normally $65 for non–Simone & Son pieces.

Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Missing or loose stones (up to 0.20cts).
• Checking/tightening loose prongs
• Polishing scratches in the metal

Not Covered:

• Loss or theft (We recommend getting your pieces insured through your homeowners insurance or through Jeweler's Mutual)
• Chips, cracks, or missing stones from impact or abuse
• Alterations or repairs by other jewelers
• Damage from abnormal wear, including misuse or strenuous activities (e.g., CrossFit, weightlifting, gardening)
