Refund policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition it was received, with original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@simoneandson.com to request a return.

  2. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
    ⚠️ Please note: the cost of the return shipping label may be deducted from your refund.

  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired piece.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping label cost. Please note, it may take several business days for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
